Follow Me! "Get Healthy, Get Smart" Tour
A program created to take our fully wrapped Smart Car with a 32" tv and Wii around the city to educate families, parents and kids about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.  Our car will pass out educational information and products to people all over Columbus to help connect them to resources and inform them about changes and alternative they can make to their lifestyle to become more aware of their health and the affect it has on their families.

Follow Me! Summer Program
A free summer series that will provide families with a regular event every Tuesday from July 6th to August 31st at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio.  From 10am to 11am there will be a free parent/family walking club that will walk a different route around Easton each week.  From 11am to noon there will be a free activity provided in the Town Square for parents and their kids to participate in.  Educational materials and guests will be provided to help inform parents about health, nutrition and fitness.

Educational Programs
Follow Me! will start to offer programs to help educate parents about healthy food choices for their families.  Special meet-ups will be provided at different grocery stores around the city for parents to walk around the grocery store and learn about the benefits of certain foods, the best selections and products for their families and ways to eat healthy on a budget.
